My Approach
Homeopathy — with Flower Essences, Gemmotherapy, and Cell Salts as needed
At the center of every case is the constitutional homeopathic remedy — one carefully chosen remedy that addresses the deepest pattern at work in your life and invites body and spirit back into balance. Finding that remedy is unhurried work. After our first meeting, I take one to three days to sit with the case and let the picture clarify. The match between person and remedy is found in stillness.
A typical course of care begins with a constitutional consultation. I listen carefully to the whole story — your symptoms, your history, the moments that have shaped you. We meet again, and the constitutional remedy is given. From there, as your healing unfolds, I may also draw on:
Flower Essences — gentle, plant-based remedies that work on the emotional and spiritual layers, calming the nervous system and easing patterns of grief, fear, or self-doubt.
Gemmotherapy — preparations made from the buds and young shoots of trees and shrubs, used to support specific organs and systems such as the liver, kidneys, and lymphatic drainage.
Cell Salts — twelve essential mineral compounds that help restore balance at the cellular level, supporting the body’s basic structure and function.
These are never automatic. They are offered only when a specific need presents itself in your care — always as companions to the constitutional remedy, never as substitutes for it.
Healing happens at its own pace. My role is to listen carefully, choose wisely, and walk with you as your body remembers how to be whole.
The American Institute of Homeopathy (AIH), established in 1844, is the oldest extant national professional medical organization in the United States. Founded by Constantine Hering shortly after the death of homeopathy’s founder, Samuel Hahnemann, the AIH serves as the primary voice for the homeopathic medical profession.
