My Story

I came to homeopathy first as a patient. When conventional medicine reached the limit of what it could offer me, a classical homeopathic approach helped my body find its balance again. It left me with a simple, lasting conviction: given the right support, the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself. That experience is what led me to study further — through three years of training and certification as a classical homeopath.

My work begins with listening. In an unhurried first conversation, I take time to understand you as a whole person — your health history, your daily life, and the concerns that brought you here. From all that you share, I look for the one remedy that best fits you, and we follow your progress over time, adjusting gently as your body responds.

Healing usually begins quietly and builds — a little more ease, a little more energy, a steadier sense of well-being. As your body regains its balance, that change tends to reach into the rest of life. My part is to support that process and then step back; the healing itself is always your own.

A homeopath does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for disease, and I encourage every client to keep their primary medical care in place. What I offer sits gently alongside that care — a calm, attentive space for your body’s own ability to heal. If that is the kind of support you have been looking for, I would be glad to hear from you.
